08 Civic Type R serious problem. I've got an 08 Civic Type R, which I purchased just under 2 years ago. I's covered 36,000 miles and has a full Honda dealership service history. Its warranty expired at the end of June last year (just over 6 months ago), and over the last year I've had a string of problems which haven't been resolved.
